Philip A. Henderson is an associate attorney at Insley & Race, LLC. His practice focuses on medical malpractice and general liability, including premises liability and catastrophic personal injury.

Before joining Insley & Race, Mr. Henderson clerked for the Honorable Eugene M. Benton, Superior Court Judge in the Alcovy Judicial Circuit. As a clerk, he managed the Court's civil docket, drafted orders, reviewed motions and attended hearings and trials. While in law school, Mr. Henderson served as the Vice President of Georgia State University's Trial Advocacy Team. He was a 2013 Regional Champion and National Quarterfinalist at the American Association for Justice's Student Trial Advocacy Competition.

Mr. Henderson is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association (GDLA) and the Defense Research Institute (DRI).
